At Varanda Store, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience.
Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before completing your purchase.
No Returns:
We do not accept returns or refunds once the purchase has been completed.
Exchange Policy:
We only accept product exchanges in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defect
- Incorrect item received (different from the one ordered)
- Damage upon delivery
Exchange Conditions:
- The issue must be reported within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the product.
- The product must be in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
- Clear photos showing the defect or issue must be provided.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
How to Request an Exchange:

Your request will be reviewed within 2–3 business days, and if approved, the product will be replaced with a new one of the same type.
Important Note:
Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer,
unless a manufacturing defect or wrong item is confirmed — in such cases, Varanda Store will cover the shipping fees.
