Return & Exchange Policy 

At Varanda Store, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience.

Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before completing your purchase.

 

No Returns:

We do not accept returns or refunds once the purchase has been completed.

 

Exchange Policy:

We only accept product exchanges in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect item received (different from the one ordered)
  • Damage upon delivery

Exchange Conditions:

  1. The issue must be reported within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the product.
  2. The product must be in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
  3. Clear photos showing the defect or issue must be provided.
  4. A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

 

How to Request an Exchange:

Your request will be reviewed within 2–3 business days, and if approved, the product will be replaced with a new one of the same type.

Important Note:

Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer,

unless a manufacturing defect or wrong item is confirmed — in such cases, Varanda Store will cover the shipping fees.
