Shipping Policy 

At Varanda Store, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely while ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Please read our shipping policy carefully for all delivery details and updates.

 

Shipping Areas:

We deliver to all governorates across Egypt.

 

Delivery Time:

  • Cairo & Giza: 2–4 business days
  • Other governorates: 5–7 business days
  • If the item is out of stock: 15–20 business days maximum

Order Processing:

  1. Orders are processed and prepared within 1–2 business days from the date of confirmation.
  2. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  3. The Varanda Store customer service team will contact the customer to confirm the order and verify the delivery details.
    • If the customer does not respond after three attempts, the order will be automatically canceled.
  4. The delivery courier will contact the customer once the order is out for delivery.
    • If the customer does not answer the first time, delivery will be rescheduled once.
    • If the customer does not respond again, the order will be canceled

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to easily follow your delivery status.

 

Order Receipt:

Please check the product’s condition upon delivery before signing the receipt.

 

Important Notes:

  • Varanda Store is not responsible for any delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions or public holidays.
  • Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.


Deposit Policy:

To confirm an order, a small deposit must be paid after placing it.

This deposit will be deducted from the total amount upon delivery.

Orders without deposit confirmation will not be processed or shipped.
